Delivery & Returns
We aim to dispatch all orders placed by midday (excluding personalised order requests) to mainland
UK as follows**
Orders £15 and under - Standard Delivery £3.50 (1-2 days)
Orders over £15 - Premium Delivery £5.95 (1-2 days). This excludes public Bank Holidays.
Orders over £50 - FREE!
Click & Collect - FREE! If you wish to collect from the FASTR HQ in Castle Donington, you can do so for FREE! Orders placed by midday will be available for collection from the following working day. Just head to reception and ask for your FASTR order.
If you're not available to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a delivery card advising if your parcel has been delivered to a safe location, left with a neighbour or how to arrange collection.
** Delivery prices are exclusive of VAT. Delivery times and charges to Scottish Highlands, Islands and outside of the UK will be based on delivery location and weight. We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. FASTR cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
Premium Delivery - £12
You can return any item for a refund within 28 days of receiving your original order. We'll refund the price you purchased your item at - this includes sale items.
Please contact us via email (email@example.com) confirming your personal information and reasons for your return. Once authorised, we will then issue you with a returns document that must be included inside the parcel.
Returns are to be made at your own cost to: BEFASTR Ltd Returns, Oakridge Park, Trent Lane, Castle Donington, Derby. DE74 2PY. All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging including tags. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please use a tracked delivery service and ensure it’s packed adequately to avoid damage along the way. All goods will be inspected on return. We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. If you want these returned to you, we may request that you cover the delivery cost.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or outside of the 28 day return policy, we reserve the right not to refund you. If you want these returned to you, we may request that you cover the delivery cost.
